Waycot Cottage is a traditional terraced fishermans cottage in the small North Yorkshire coastal village of Staithes, just ten miles from Whitby. Oil-filled radiators in sitting room with multi-fuel stove and storage heaters in bedrooms. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), TV with Freeview, WiFi, DVD, radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 5 mins walk (permit provided by owner). Two well-behaved dogs welcome (note this cottage does not have a garden). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The property has steep, narrow cottage stairs.
